It’s definitely a reflection. My initial instinct is that it was done algorithmically (i.e., on the computer with Photoshop or GIMP), but knowing this site, I believe you managed to find a perfect reflection somewhere. The suggestions like a bathtub, shower or pool sound quite likely to me as well.

Intriguing shot. Almost seems like a double reflection… a kalidascopic feel – I can’t spell that and I don’t have the patience to look it up… Cool photo. You and your cell phone always come up with something interesting.
