Grayscale Week, Day 2: 50 Cubic Inches of Fun

This entry was posted on Aug 05 2008

c50t_engine.jpgI love my motorcycle. It’s a 2007 Suzuki Boulevard C50T. What you see here is a shot of the engine cylinders which produce enough power to get out of it’s own way and then some.

If you’re looking for a decent cruiser, this is a great bike to start with. It sounds great, rides smooth and gets incredible gas mileage (somewhere around 45 mpg). Given today’s gas prices, it’s the way to go. Buy some good rain gear and you’re set for anything.

Look closely at the reflection and you might just recognize someone. :)

  1. Wow! It’s you in the reflection! I didn’t know you had such short stubby legs and a big head. But your hands are so much bigger than your head!

You’re an alien! You’ve come to take all our colors away and turn us into a grayscale world!

  2. When I take pictures of jewelry etc for eBay I try to avoid reflections of myself in whatever I am shooting. I have developed a way of shooting products behind a door that removes me from the picture. It just seems tacky in the case of jewelry to see this big old head reflected in it… Great picture!

  3. Nice self portrait. Didn’t realise you were so short….
