It could also be crashing ocean waves rotated 180 degrees to make it look more like clouds. Has Pete been near the ocean lately? Flipped around, it does look like there could be some rotation in the middle of the “clouds”. Maybe Pete has that blue toilet cleaner stuff that turns the water blue, then he flushed, took this photo, softened it in Photoshop and is trying to trick us all into thinking it’s a cloudy day!

I have no idea, since it so obviously appears to be clouds. I am very intrigued though by dcr’s idea of the toilet blue stuff…
I’d say it’s a picture of a bubble bath upside down. (?)

I think this is a Photo taken from inside your motor vehicle through the blue Sunscreen on the top of your windshield. Really surprised no one really can see the obvious sign of this filtering effect. Am I just Crazy or Just Right? Smile and keep your photos coming.
