Smoke, Water and…Marbles?

Well, I thought for sure Chica was going to guess this one, but I was wrong. Fred guessed correctly that it was a marble, probably because he remembers the post from a few months ago. Chica inspired me with her marble photos, so I took a series of pictures with a marble, only it was sitting on the lens. Interesting stuff.
In an effort to prevent you from remembering that post, I took the photo into Photoshop and desaturated it, then applied a sepia filter to it. Sister Sassy guessed the sepia part correctly, so she gets a link. Fred gets one for his guess. Chica gets one because I can’t believe she didn’t get it. Dan and Michelle don’t get links because apparently they think I’m a drug-addled alcoholic. Well, OK, but just this one time. Link and link.

Oh my gosh!!!! I deserve to be punish..lmao DOH! I should have known that, but you get to a depth that I can’t get to with my camera, so kudos. I actually took a couple marble pics today that I haven’t posted yet, but will. It’s been awhile for me. :)

You just made my day. It always sounds so dumb if I try to use the word “drat.” When I read your comments, I hear your accent in my mind, so it works. If I say it…no way.
Thanks for the link- it was the skeletal hands (do you see what I see in the picture) in the smoke that made me think drugs or I was channeling my Dad again.

Yeah, there’s all kinds of crazy stuff in there. I stared at it for a few minutes this morning. Since I got a lot of smoke replies, I might try photographing it. But then everyone will guess marbles. ;)
