It’s a roof drain. The wall goes up beyond the roof line a little bit - I cropped that out. If it rained and that drain wasn’t there, it would end up being a rooftop swimming pool. :)

See above. If I had left the rooftop intact, it would probably make more sense. When I cropped it, I thought of a person leaning against the wall.
Very cool. I like the way you cropped it. Leaving out the rooftop is what gives it that sense of mystery.

Here’s the big secret - I cropped it out because the sky behind the roof looked horrible. I’m also partial to clean and orderly images as opposed to abstracts, but I’ve been known to deviate.

It’s funny how much interpretation is coming out of this photo. When I took it, I figured everyone would think, “Wow, a downspout on a wall.”
I took the Inuyasha test and failed miserably.
