Evidence that deep down inside, all guys are blockheads.
I took this today while waiting for my most awesome wife, Nancy, to pick me up from work. Taking a note from the Stop Sign of the Subconscious post, I used the hour to take photos of things. I’m particularly happy with this one, aside from it being a bit overexposed - I had to work with the image in Photoshop to tone it down a bit.
If you haven’t already noticed the huge graphic in the sidebar, then look there now. Submit your camera phone photos with a story and you can be eligible for a super-awesome guest posting spot! Since Google updated their PageRank, I’m now happy to say that I’ve gone from 3 to 4. That means the link love you get will be better than before.

I just got my phone about a year ago after holing out for so long. I use it more for photography than phone calls.
I checked my PR, and I went from a 4 to a 4. And, a site I haven’t updated in two years is still a PR4. Yet, my more popular sites are only a PR3. My newest blog is already a PR2.
I sometimes wonder if Google’s algo includes a portion that tosses in a random number to just mess with all of us.

Um actually if you guys want some PR 4 link luv- my website Gartner Web Dev has been PR 4 for about 2 or 3 years… I suppose if my husband and I wrote posts on it more then once every quarter we could have actually been PR 8 or 9 by now…

Thanks! Yeah, posting to your site would probably help out your cause. But according to many people, Google is not the authority like they used to be. I’m playing by their rule for now, being a less than 1-year-old blog and such.
