Back in late February, I posted a camera phone photo of some ferns with a tree bark background. The photo was edited in Picasa2 using the “Focal B&W” effect which allowed me to retain the green color information while discarding the rest. In this tutorial, I’ll show you exactly how I did it. Achieve a professional look in just about two minutes!

I just read your “about page” and you said you use a bullet proof phone… so you get shot at when you are taking pictures? If you get shot at when you are taking camera phone pictures… I am thinking you should stop taking pictures of the mob and government corruption…
Your video is really cool- I am trying to get some of my web development clients to adopt video- it’s like pulling teeth..
Glad you like the video. Feel free to point them my way for a demo. ;D
Actually, I frequently get shot at whilst taking pictures. I am a man of adventure after all.

HI Pete -
I just finished watching this video and two earlier ones on your site. Great job — and I hope you continue with the series. You are right — it’s so much better to SEE instructions and procedures when the subject is, after all, visual.
