Rolando: it’s a big, rectangular concrete block standing up. The city/university has them all over the place. It’s pretty neat, but some of them have been attacked by people actually trying to get the bike out of the cement. This one has been untouched, though.

I have a good friend that rides his bike in all kinds of weather. He gets stuck too sometimes, but not in cement :)
