Lazy Saturday

This is Rosie.
The leg underneath is mine.
When not threatening to bite your head off, Rosie will sleep on you anywhere, anytime. Nancy and I were sitting outside in our makeshift bistro, reading and having coffee. Rosie found her spot and fell asleep, which made me fall asleep shortly thereafter. My youngest daughter then took my phone and snapped about a dozen photos, including one of me sleeping. No, you can’t see it.

Thanks man, I love those pants. Chef pants are cool as well, but they need about 100 washings first. Don’t be fooled, this was the calm before the storm – I worked all day Sunday building shelves for my kid’s room. It came out, well, awesome. This weekend is definitely going to be lazy – my kids are going to visit their Uncle. I’ll miss the little buggers.

Even though they stink sometimes and have fleas most of the time, I love ‘em. We’ve got two more and a cat. The cat does not love them, regardless of their odor or flea count.
