The image sizes are a limitation of the photo gallery plugin I'm using. It's a great tool, but displaying an intermediate size for the post as well as a small thumbnail for the gallery is not available. The gallery view and post view use the same image. Yeah, my layout is a hack...I wanted an extra sidebar so I googled Blogger templates for 3-column layout and got lucky. I tried to find the link again by clicking on the credit at the very bottom of my page, but it looks like Thur is re-creating his site layout so I didn't find it.<br/><br/>If you're really worried about jumping in, I say create a second blog as a "test-site" for new layouts before applying it to this site. About two weeks ago, I bought the domain and I've been fiddling around to get comfortable with it. I don't mind the whole starting over (sooner is definitely better, though), but I want to make the move as seamless as possible and keep my old posts on blogger as re-direct links (so that people who have linked to my old pages won't have broken links and google won't punish my blog for having double content on the web).<br/><br/>As long as you take the time to notify your network of friends, it'll all work out!
